Mobile auto service technology platform Curbee’s latest client isn’t just any dealership. It’s an internet star.

Mohawk Chevrolet, a dealership in the Upstate New York town of Ballston Spa that went viral with its YouTube video series The Dealership — a mockumentary in the style of the hit television series The Office that included an appearance by General Motors CEO Mary Barra — has selected Curbee as its mobile service technology partner.

“We’re excited to partner with Mohawk Chevrolet and bring our mobile service technology to a dealership that has a track record for creativity and early adoption in the best service of its customers,” Curbee CEO Denise Leleux said in a news release. “Our platform is designed to help dealerships like Mohawk Chevrolet provide exceptional service experiences, increase operational efficiency and ultimately grow their businesses.”

Curbee’s mobile service platform is designed to give dealerships the capability to easily and profitably offer mobile service to customers at their homes, offices or wherever they choose. The company said Mohawk Chevrolet aims to optimize service operations, enhance customer engagement and drive higher customer satisfaction.

In a news release, Mohawk general manager Travis Horne said Curbee is already making an impact on the dealership.

“Curbee’s mobile service platform is exactly what we needed to elevate our dealership’s service offerings,” he said. “The ability to streamline scheduling and provide on-site maintenance will not only boost our operational efficiency but also create a more personalized and convenient experience for our customers.

“We’re looking forward to seeing how this partnership will enhance customer loyalty and drive new business.”

Curbee said its platform uses technology such as artificial intelligence-powered scheduling and real-time route optimization, predictive maintenance analytics and personalized customer communication tools, and includes a built-in custom portal that gives technicians direct access to training and education programs.
