Toyota Reveals Change in CPO Leadership
Auto Remarketing has learned that Toyota has a new leader in its certified pre-owned program.
Brad Heagy, who had been the retails sales & operations manager for TCUV/TRAC for the past year, has taken on the role of sales administration manager for the Toyota sales department.
He is actually switching roles with Mia Phillips, who now takes on Heagy’s position at TCUV/TRAC.
In Heagy’s new role on the new-car side of the business, his duties include heading up all sales support activities for four of the company’s regional offices, explained Tom DeLuise, the national TCUV/TRAC sales and operations manager.
“This change is a great opportunity for both Mia and Brad,” DeLuise said. “Brad has been a tremendous asset to our department for the past year. His understanding of the market as well as his dedication and hard work was key to us achieving many of our successes in both Toyota Certified Used Vehicles as well as our Toyota Rent A Car program.
“Brad’s previous 17 years of field experience in our Portland region will be of great value to him in his new position in our national sales department,” he continued.
DeLuise added: “While change is sometimes difficult and there is a learning curve in a new position, we will not miss a beat with Mia coming on board. In addition to her most recent two years of assignments at our national office, Mia brings 15 years of field experience from our Boston regional office.
“This experience will allow her to hit the ground running as she transitions into her new role in TCUV and TRAC,” he noted. “We wish Brad well in his new assignment and welcome Mia to the TCUV and TRAC team.”
