OAK BROOK, Ill. -

An industry veteran who founded technology companies later acquired by ADP and DealerTrack has been tapped as vAuto’s new vice president of marketing.

Accepting this role is Dinos Constantine, who is coming on board after most recently working as chief information officer at Holler Classic Automotive Group, one of vAuto’s customers in Orlando, Fla. Executives indicated Constantine previously was responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing and CRM strategies for the seven-store enterprise.

Constantine started his career in 1992 as president and founder of Automotive Directions. Officials from vAuto believe Automotive Directions developed one of the industry’s leading CRM solutions before it was acquired by ADP in 2002.

At ADP, Constantine served as vice president of CRM marketing and consulting.

Constantine’s professional career also included time as vice president and shareholder of AutoStyleMart, a provider of accessory software solutions for automotive retailers. AutoStyleMart was acquired by DealerTrack in 2007.

He has been a frequent guest speaker at automotive events including the National Automobile Dealers Association Convention, Digital Dealer, various state dealer associations, Twenty Group meetings and other industry conferences.

“Dinos is a proven leader in our industry and he brings extensive knowledge to the vAuto management team,” stated Keith Jezek, vAuto’s president. “His dealership and product development background will be instrumental as we continue to innovate and maintain vAuto’s market leadership position. We are excited to welcome Dinos to the team.”
