ATLANTA — Three Manheim facilities have been honored with Wells Fargo Auto Finance Auction of the Year Awards. The three winning locations include Manheim Ohio, Manheim Orlando and Manheim Southern California.

Manheim officials highlighted that each auction site is being recognized by Wells Fargo Auto Finance for offering customers the highest and most consistent levels of service in their respective regions during 2009. They said the awards are based on specific performance criteria and ratings from a survey distributed to Wells Fargo team members.

Manheim went on to mention that this marks the second consecutive award for Manheim Southern California and the third consecutive honor for Manheim Orlando.

The three Manheim locations will be presented with the awards at the financial services firm's fifth annual auction awards reception on April 26.

"We're constantly striving to deliver a best-in-class customer experience to our business partners," noted Nick Peluso, senior vice president for customer management at Manheim.

"That's why this special recognition from a valued partner like Wells Fargo Auto Finance is the highest possible compliment," Peluso continued.

Executives mentioned that Wells Fargo Auto Finance and Manheim have worked together for nearly a decade, providing dealers and consignors with a broad range of vehicle inventory in-lane and online. 

"We are pleased to recognize these particular Manheim locations for the heightened and consistent level of service provided on our behalf," stated Howard Segal, vice president and national remarketing manager for Wells Fargo Auto Finance.

"We value our partnership with all of the Manheim locations we utilize and the role they each play assisting us in achieving our overall business goals and objectives," Segal went on to say.

Announced earlier this month, ADESA Seattle also received the 2009 Wells Fargo Auto Finance Award for consistent outstanding customer service.
