ACERTUS has made a big move into the corporate world.
The automotive logistics-as-a-service platform has acquired Bluestar Auto Movers and Bluestar Corporate Relocation Service, which the company said “significantly expands” its market reach and service capabilities by adding two high-value service lines: corporate relocation and exotic vehicle transport.
“This acquisition represents two new end markets for the ONE ACERTUS platform: corporate relocation services and luxury, white-glove services,” ACERTUS CEO Trent Broberg said. “This is a continued evolution of our business model and reinforces our commitment to providing comprehensive solutions across the automotive logistics landscape.
“By integrating Bluestar’s specialized capabilities, we’re not just expanding our service portfolio — we’re elevating the entire customer experience. This move strengthens our position as the industry’s only true full-service platform capable of handling every aspect of automotive logistics throughout a vehicle’s complete lifecycle, from factory to dealership to end consumer.”
In a news release, ACERTUS said Bluestar deal enables it to deliver “full-spectrum” corporate and employee relocation services, addressing a market need while creating new revenue opportunities.
“This acquisition marks an exciting milestone for our team and clients,” Bluestar Corporate Relocation Services president Robert Mills said. “As part of ACERTUS, our corporate relocation division gains significant operational resources and technology infrastructure that would have taken years to develop independently.
“Our clients will immediately benefit from a more streamlined experience across all aspects of the relocation process, while our employees gain new opportunities for growth within a larger organization that shares our commitment to service excellence.”
The acquisition also introduces ACERTUS to the premium exotic vehicle segment through “white-glove” delivery services specifically designed for ultra-luxury brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati, and the corporate and employee relocation segment.
“Since founding Bluestar Auto Movers 20 years ago, we’ve built our reputation on delivering exceptional vehicle transport services, particularly for high-value and exotic automobiles,” Bluestar Auto Movers president Rami Simcha said. “This acquisition by ACERTUS represents a leap forward for our company. Its technological capabilities and national footprint will enable us to scale our specialized white-glove services to new markets while maintaining the personalized attention our luxury dealership clients expect.”
The transaction specifically excludes Bluestar’s asset-based trucking division, Bluestar Transportation, which allows ACERTUS to maintain its strategic focus on technology-enabled logistics services rather than physical fleet assets, the company said.
