Carvana & fleet executive given NAFA honors
Carvana and one of its executives were recognized by the NAFA Fleet Management Association (NAFA) at its annual Institute & Expo (I&E).
While the company was a top Commercial Fleet for 2024 in the Americas, NAFA has also recognized Kenny Stimson, who is Carvana’s director of fleet management.
Stimson was named the 2024 Fleet Professional of the Year for his work managing more than 4,000 vehicles that travel over 60 million miles per year.
“This recognition is a testament to our relentless commitment to innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We’re not just driving change; we’re redefining the road ahead,” Carvana co-founder and chief operating officer Ben Huston said in a news release.
“Kenny’s continued efforts to optimize fleet operations, streamline vehicle delivery, and spearhead innovative fleet practices have helped drive our success,” Huston continued.
NAFA is the fleet industry’s largest membership association with organizations across the public and commercial sectors.
The 100 Best Fleets in the Americas program recognizes top-performing public and commercial fleet operations as well as top individual fleet technicians and fleet professionals.
