XLerate rebranding its 16 auctions under America’s Auto Auction banner
XLerate Group, which acquired the America’s Auto Auction group late last year, said Wednesday it is rebranding the 16 XLerate auctions with the AAA name, as the company consolidates the XLerate auctions with the 23 AAA sites under a unified branding.
The group is also launching a revamped logo.
“XLerate Group’s acquisition of America’s Auto Auction in December 2021 created an extensive group of 39 auction sites across 18 states. We are consolidating our two auction groups into one group which will take on the America’s Auto Auction name,” chief executive officer Cam Hitchcock said in a news release.
“This adaptation will help in the development of our brand as we introduce the new name to our employees, our customers, and our industry,” he said.
AAA executive vice president and chief revenue officer Chuck Tapp added: ““Our companies have already forged a close relationship, which will be reinforced with our united brand identity.”
