Innovative Stocking Strategies: How to fish in ponds your competitors can’t

Buying Inventory from Service Customers and proactively creating a Carmax “like” consumer buying program.

Wednesday, March 14, 2:30 p.m. EST

One of the biggest questions today facing dealers across the country is: Where do I find the cars I need? We have hit the perfect storm, leasing has dried up, rental companies are putting much fewer units out into the wholesale market, and consumers are holding onto their cars longer. We can no longer rely on our local auction to buy everything we need. In this webinar, David Nelson will discuss innovative ways dealers can get more of the right cars, at the right price and improve gross profits while doing so. David will share cutting-edge practices from the best of the best dealers across the country and advise dealers on how to avoid the “race to the bottom.”

At the webinar, attendees will learn…
