The National Remarketing Conference, which will be held Nov. 16–18, will both kick off on Nov. 16 and wrap up on Nov. 18 with a series of concurrent workshop sessions. This year’s sessions will focus on both the current state of the industry and where it is headed in 2012 and beyond.

Conference attendees will be able to choose from four workshops at 2 p.m.(PST) and four at 3 p.m. on Nov. 16, and all workshops will repeat at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Nov. 18.

Workshops that will be held at 2 p.m. include a report on used-car prices and valuations with speakers from Black Book, Kelley Blue Book and NADA Used Car Guide; the Manheim Used Car Market Report with Tom Webb; a KBB Residual Analysis Report and Forecast with Eric Ibara and a session highlighting online and offline trends in the used-vehicle market with Experian’s Jim Maguire.

At 3 p.m., conference attendees will again be able to choose from four workshops: the ADESA Used Car Market Report with Tom Kontos; a salvage market session with representatives from IAA, Copart, Manheim TRA and QCSA; an ALG Residual Analysis Report with Mark Humphrey and a special workshop session with representatives from CARFAX.
