Repo Remarketing Customer Satisfaction Hits New High
Repo Remarketing’s customer survey showed that never in company history has satisfaction with its services been higher.
The most recent study conducted in March revealed that 96 percent Repo Remarketing’s customers are satisfied with the services and deliverables.
In fact, the survey indicated 45 percent were “extremely satisfied.”
Repo Remarketing founder and chief executive officer Lance Gartner reiterated that Repo Remarketing periodically conducts surveys in an effort to ensure the company stays on target and fulfills the specific needs of its partners.
“Repo Remarketing rated highly from employee knowledge and cost of service to timeliness and convenience,” Gartner insisted.
“We are a service organization with best practices that make every effort to meet and exceed the needs of our partners continually,” he continued. “Conducting a client survey is one way we gauge how we are doing.
“I am very proud of our staff as one client shared, ‘Repo Remarketing’s staff makes me feel like I am their only customer,’” Gartner went on to say.
Repo Remarketing also relayed that the company “takes the headache out” of the repossession and liquidation process, according to its partners. Repo Remarketing strives to simplify procedures for its clients while saving the time and increasing profitability.
