IRVINE, Calif. -

As weather warmed, buyer interest for used vehicles on KBB.com focused in on Japanese automakers, with Honda and Toyota making up four of the top five most researched pre-owned vehicles on the site.

Taking the No. 1 spot was the popular Honda Civic, followed by the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry, respectively.

In the No. 4 spot was the Ford F-150. Rounding out the top five was the Toyota Corolla.

Of the top 25 most-researched used vehicles that KBB provided, Ford took a significant eight spots, showing buyer loyalty to the brand among American consumers.

Interestingly, luxury used vehicles were scarce on the list, with only one highline vehicle making it on to the list: the BMW 3 Series.
