Two sets of workshop sessions will bookend the events at the 2011 Auto Remarketing Canada Conference, which will be held April 12-14 at the Hyatt Regency Toronto.

These concurrent workshops will feature a variety of speakers and topics, including “Higher Profits in Used Car Sales,” which will be presented by Geoff Helby, of J.D. Power’s PIN; “Residuals Forecast and Implications on the Canadian Used Car Market” presented by Tanya Thompson, of ALG; “Wholesale Used Car Market Report” presented by Nagi Palle, of OPENLANE; as well as a workshop conducted by Craig Jennings, of Autodata Solutions.

The workshops will take place on the opening day of the conference, April 12, and will repeat on the closing day of the conference, April 14, so that conference attendees will have the opportunity to attend the four sessions that are most relevant to them.

The conference will also feature panel discussions on a variety of topics relevant to the Canadian used-car industry, including certified pre-owned sales, best practices for advertising online and new technologies for sourcing vehicles.
