CARY, N.C. -

Auto Remarketing publisher and Used Car Week parent company Cherokee Media Group has welcomed Caroline Rush aboard as a marketing coordinator, where she will work with CMG’s automotive conference and events teams.

Rush most recently was a marketing consultant for Sinclair Broadcast Group, where she primarily managed digital marketing campaigns for local and national clients.

Her background also includes time in the automotive space, as Rush was previously a marketing and communications specialist for the North Carolina Automobile Dealers Association.

Working with the state’s franchised new-car dealers, Rush led the production and distribution of all internal and external communications.

“Caroline’s experience with the NCADA and her deep knowledge of the various traditional and newer social marketing channels makes her a great addition to our team,” said CMG president and Used Car Week chair Bill Zadeits.

“She brings an understanding of the automotive industry blended with a rich skillset in marketing and events management, we’re excited to have her join CMG,” Zadeits said.

In Rush’s new role as marketing coordinator, she will develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns around CMG’s automotive conferences and event, create marketing strategies, collaborate on marketing campaigns across various platforms and more.

Rush is a graduate of the highly respected North Carolina State University, where she majored in program management.

“Over the past four years, I’ve gained experience in driving partnerships, executing marketing campaigns, providing exceptional customer service, and leveraging resources to find the best solutions,” Rush said. “I am able to coordinate and strategically manage meetings and events while maintaining a thoughtful relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.

“My ability to foster these relationships allows me to produce marketing materials and digital content to support the brand and its mission accurately. I am very excited to return to the automotive industry and to contribute to the success of Cherokee Media Group!”

Rush will be part of the Cherokee Media Group contingent on hand for Used Car Week, which begins on Nov. 15 at the Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas. The conference agenda and the path to register can be found at www.usedcarweek.biz.
