MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. -

Fleet services provider ARI recently named an executive vice president and chief operating officer for ARI Canada who will also take on duties as managing director of global operations.

Tapped for the position is Chris Conroy, who has been with ARI since 1994. His most recent post was as ARI Canada’s senior vice president of sales and service.

The company also revealed that it promoted Rick Tousaw to serve as vice president of sales and marketing for ARI Canada. Tousaw has been with ARI since 2010, when he came aboard as vice president of operations.

Sharing more about Conroy’s responsibilities, officials said he is called to head up the company’s sales and client service areas in Canada and lead ARI’s global operations. This includes Mexico, Europe, global sales and consultation, and the Global Fleet Services Alliance.

“Chris’ leadership has been instrumental in driving ARI’s growth in Canada, and I have every confidence that he will bring that same commitment to service excellence to ARI’s global operations,” stated ARI Canada president Roy Gaysek.
