CallRevu introduces fixed ops ‘paradigm shift’ with its new AI tool
Automotive communications intelligence platform CallRevu has launched ServiceVision Pro, an artificial intelligence-powered technology tool designed for retail automotive fixed operations.
In a news release, CallRevu called ServiceVision Pro a “paradigm shift” for fixed ops departments, offering “unparalleled call coverage, real-time alerts and transformative insights.”
The tool is designed to provide comprehensive coverage on fixed ops calls, empowering dealerships with insights taken from every conversation. It includes real-time alerts and actionable data analytics powered by AI.
