Dealership chat provider Contact At Once has brought in two additional partners to its network. Signing on are ResponseLogix and DealerCentric.

As most likely know, the dealer chat network features such partners as third-party listing sites, OEM websites, partner websites and applications, as well as dealership sites.

Its tools allow dealers to respond to consumer chats that begin with any site in the group. Dealers using the chat software tend to see a 25-percent or higher gain in online leads, officials noted.

With the latest additions, dealers can now integrate Contact at Once chat features to ResponseLogix’s SmartQuote price quotes and DealerCentric’s “Get Pre-approved in Seconds Program.” This can help them connect with consumers during the pricing and pre-approval processes, officials stressed.

“To some, chat is just something a dealer adds to their website in order to get more leads,” commented Skip Dowd, the vice president of business development at Contact At Once.

“We see it as much more … a valuable addition to every website and application that is part of the car buying process — valuable because the more touch points at which the dealer is accessible, the more cars sold,” Dowd added.
