DealerApp Vantage Says Growing Number of Stores Adopting Mobile Tool
DealerApp Vantage recently revealed its significant growth during its first year of operation, highlighting how more than 230 dealers nationwide adopted Dealer App, its mobile solution.
Executives discovered the number of apps sold to dealers from January of last year through last month soared beyond 3,500 percent, surpassing the 100,000-download threshold.
The software development company reiterated that Dealer App is a mobile app developed by DealerApp Vantage to help dealers better interact with their customers and prospective buyers. Executives noted Dealer App contains rich push notifications, real integrated inventory listings and a toolbox full of other useful utilities.
“The growth that DealerApp Vantage experienced in its first year is attributable to a variety of things,” explained Ed Louis, DealerApp Vantage’s co-founder and chief executive officer.
“One is the timing of DealerApp. We have seen the automotive community start to embrace mobile technology in the marketplace in the past year as dealers realize the need to connect with customers in ways they never could in the past,” Louis insisted.
“We are all witnessing a world shift toward the smartphone,” he went on to say. “Dealers and the automotive community will either adjust with the shift, or play an expensive game of catch up later.”
DealerApp Vantage marketing executive Luis Bermudez added, “Smartphone users dominate the marketplace and merchants the world over are figuring out ways to catch the eye of these ‘addicts’ who live on their phones.
“There is a global shift occurring with how businesses are contacting and interacting with their customers. We just want to be ahead of that shift,” Bermudez continued.
