On Wednesday, SiriusXM and Hyundai Motor America announced an extension of SiriusXM’s Service Lane program that enables Hyundai’s dealership service centers to reward eligible customers with a complimentary three-month SiriusXM subscription during their service visit.

According to a news release, eligible Hyundai service center customers with factory installed SiriusXM in their vehicle now receive a complimentary three-month SiriusXM Platinum Plan subscription, which enables the customer to listen to SiriusXM in their vehicle and also via the SiriusXM app when they are not in the car.

“Switching on SiriusXM after a customer comes in for routine maintenance can make their day,” said Barry Ratzlaff, chief customer officer, Hyundai Motor North America. “SiriusXM has so many great channels that there is something for everyone.”

The SiriusXM Platinum Plan delivers SiriusXM’s full lineup of varied content, plus access to SiriusXM outside the vehicles on the SiriusXM app and on connected devices and speakers in the home.

SiriusXM said its music channels are expertly curated, ad-free, and deliver a wide array of audio choices for listeners.

SiriusXM also offers an extensive lineup of professional and college sports in audio, news from around the country and the world from many sources and political perspectives, the scoop on the latest from the world of entertainment, hours of stand-up by the funniest comics and more.

“We are excited to work with Hyundai to provide their vast network of dealer service centers the ability to thank their customers in real time with a three-month SiriusXM subscription,” said Gail Berger, senior vice president and general manager of automotive partnerships at SiriusXM.
