Work Truck Solutions is working well with others.

The technology platform serving the commercial vehicle industry announced two partnerships this month, teaming with dealership training and marketing services provider Maritz and supply chain risk management provider Veriforce.

This week, the company entered into a strategic partnership with Maritz to create a comprehensive Commercial Website and Marketing Assessment program.

The program is designed to establish a baseline for a dealership’s website and marketing performance before implementing the Work Truck Solutions platform in their commercial vehicle department.

“Helping dealerships develop and grow their commercial vehicle business is what we do,” Work Truck Solutions founder and chief vision officer Kathryn Schifferle said. “This partnership with Maritz on its Commercial Website and Marketing Assessment program is another example of that commitment.”

An initial assessment is conducted on enrollment with Work Truck Solutions, followed by a second six months after launching on the platform, giving dealerships and their Work Truck Solutions customer success managers insights into the dealerships’ overall status, progress and opportunity to improve.

The objectives include:

  • Establishing a benchmark for website and marketing health with a clear starting point.
  • Pinpointing specific opportunities to enhance website functionality, user experience, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and measuring performance improvements by scoring key metrics such as website components important to commercial buyers, inventory photos and search capabilities, as well as paid and organic search rank performance.
  • Ensuring dealerships maximize return on investment and achieve the greatest possible value from their online commercial department investment.

Schifferle said she looks forward to seeing how those “invaluable insights into operations and customer experiences will help our commercial vehicle dealer partners evolve and grow.”

Deal brings Comvoy marketplace to Veriforce Hub

Earlier this month, Work Truck Solutions’ national commercial vehicle marketplace, Comvoy.com, was named a preferred partner on the Veriforce Hub website.

The companies said the partnership gives Veriforce’s network of contractors and business owners a “comprehensive, reliable and efficient vehicle sourcing solution,” and “validates Comvoy’s commitment to helping more than its current 350,000 monthly market-qualified viewers.

Veriforce, a provider of supply chain risk management and compliance solutions, connects its members with partners through its Veriforce Hub. Joining the hub makes Comvoy.com visible to a wider audience of businesses seeking to streamline their vehicle procurement processes, the companies said, while Veriforce members get access to a marketplace with more than 200,000 listings of work trucks, vans and pickups.
