CHICAGO -

CarDr.com finalized integrations earlier this summer with CARFAX and Black Book to enhance its smartphone vehicle appraisal app.

On Friday, the company that offers a tool that can combine pricing and OEM level on-board diagnostics (OBD) via a Bluetooth connection landed integrations with Manheim Market Report, Kelley Blue Book and AutoCheck.

By integrating CarDr.com vehicle appraisal app-based diagnostics and the Manheim Market Report (MMR), the company said dealers now can gain a deeper understanding of the vehicle’s true condition and actual value.

Meanwhile, CarDr.com highlighted that AutoCheck can give dealers the information they need to understand essential aspects of a used vehicle’s history.

Furthermore, the company went on to mention that KBB provides what are considered to be a “fair market” range that a customer could reasonably expect to pay to buy a used vehicle at a dealership or the amount they can expect to receive when trading a vehicle.

“These industry-leading tools further position CarDr.com as a leader in instant auto appraisals and OEM level vehicle OBD diagnostics,” CarDr.com founder Parry Singh said in a news release.

“The integrations provide used-car dealers with the most comprehensive smartphone-based service that exceeds in quality and accuracy of larger and more expensive OBD scanners,” Singh continued.

CarDr.com reiterated that its technology was created for dealers, appraisers, wholesalers and inspectors to:

—Detect VIN fraud with 100% accuracy and OBD trouble codes with 90% accuracy

—Deliver more than the OBD standard generic level code report so the fair value of a used vehicle can be estimated immediately at an auction or trade-in point

—Reveal hidden OBD faults from the chassis and body modules (C and B codes) that can lead to significant sales margin erosion in used-vehicle purchases
