Manheim’s New Learning Center Offers Self-Service Dealer Resources
From how to set up a sale, to proxy bidding, to ensuring your vehicles are retail-ready, a new Manheim offering can help educate dealers on daily business operations.
On Wednesday, Manheim announced the launch of its Learning Center, which the company says is designed as a self-service resource to educate dealers on Manheim’s buying and selling solutions.
The Learning Center site, located at www.manheim.com/tlc, offers brief video tutorials of remarketing tools and how to use them in day-to-day business operations.
“Understanding what we can do to help customers become more successful is a top priority for us,” said Lynn Morgan, vice president of marketing and enterprise intelligence at Manheim. “The Learning Center is a resource designed to give dealers access to a variety of educational offerings they can apply to better compete and win.”
Customers were involved in the site design with Manheim, the company said, to ensure that it is user-friendly and offers relevant information.
The educational resource is also open to non-Manheim customers, and requires no log in to use the tools. From the site, dealers can also access The Wholesale Institute workshop information.
“Whether it’s through classroom-style workshops, live webinars or answering questions on sale day, Manheim has always been dedicated to educating our dealers,” said Susie Heins, vice president of dealer sales at Manheim. “The Learning Center is an online extension of our educational offerings, giving dealers access and convenience, anytime and anywhere.”
Dealer tutorial topics at the Learning Center include understanding OVE.com and Simulcast; bidding and buying via mobile devices; floor planning vehicles with MAFS; and registering vehicles for an in-lane sale.
