ResponseLogix Reveals That Another Automaker’s Dealers Can Access Solution
ResponseLogix, whose digital response management software is designed to help dealers respond to online leads quicker and more effectively, announced for the second time this month another brand of franchise dealerships now has access to its services.
After revealing earlier in October that General Motors stores now are included, ResponseLogix indicated earlier this week that BMW franchises now can use the solution, too.
Basically, this software is designed to help dealers respond with price quotes to online inquiries from shoppers within 10 minutes, officials said. Not only is response quickness increased, but so is the “quality,” they added.
Store management of a Minnesota BMW dealership shared an assessment of ResponseLogix solution.
“After launching ResponseLogix in our Inver Grove Hyundai store and watching the results it produced, it was an easy decision to add our BMW store as soon as it was available,” Dan Guarrero, sales and marketing manager at BMW of Minnetonka.
“We physically can’t do what they can do,” Guarrero added.
Tom Mohr, chief executive officer of ResponseLogix, discussed how important it was to make the company’s tool available to these luxury brand dealers.
“We’re delighted that BMW dealers can now fully utilize our solution to engage their customers early in the car buying process and more effectively propel them toward purchase,” Mohr declared.
“And if the customer doesn’t buy right away, we can now continue to nurture the prospect with best practice email marketing follow-up so as to bring old leads back to life,” he concluded.
