UPDATED: National Creditors Connection to Inspect Repo Lots for MVTRAC
MVTRAC has formalized a strategic alliance with National Creditors Connection, a field contact services specialist.
As the newest member of the MVTRAC Network, executives explained NCCI will assume on-site inspection responsibilities for the license plate recognition technology provider.
MVTRAC highlighted that NCCI specializes in customer contact and information gathering through personal face-to-face contact solutions. Comprised of a network of FDCPA trained and tested specialists, NCCI can provide services to many of the nation’s premier banks and financial institutions.
MVTRAC indicated decision to outsource site inspections is a derivative of the continuous and rapid growth in demand for its patented LPR system as well as their efforts towards establishing the highest compliance standards within the recovery and auto finance industries.
Regarding the partnership, MVTRAC chief executive officer Scott Jackson stated, “Outsourcing site inspections is simply a consequence of supply and demand.
“In order to effectively process our extensive list of prospective agents, it was essential to partner with a company with NCCI’s level of expertise and experience.” Jackson continued.
“We understand there is a large volume of MVTRAC caliber agents waiting in queue thus our goal is to collapse cycle time to instantly augment our current network and increase ROI for our agents.”
According to Luke Smith, MVTRAC’s executive vice president of business development, “On-site inspections are an integral part of the agent approval process.
“To become MVTRAC certified, agents are required to conduct their businesses in compliance with a specific set of standards to uphold the integrity of our network of professionals.” Smith insisted.
“In addition to their core skill set, we needed to associate with a company that maintained similar ideals in order to create a seamless transition from our previous in-house site inspections to outsourced site inspections,” he went on to say. “Although the name of the company is different, the processes, standards and consequently, the results remain static.”
Noting the nature of the relationship, NCCI national account manager Patti Hertzberg emphasized that the relationship is a good fit as both companies.
“MVTRAC and NCCI are driven by professionalism and the objective of producing optimal results,” Hertzberg added. “Having worked together in the past, we are confident in our ability to perform our responsibilities in accordance to the high standards expected by MVTRAC and the recovery industry.”
“NCCI is continuously refining our processes and working with a company like MVTRAC provides a fantastic opportunity for NCCI to demonstrate its operational excellence. This is truly a partnership that we are excited about,” Hertzberg concluded.
