ADESA Fargo and ADESA Sacramento Celebrate Milestone Anniversaries
Two ADESA locations recently celebrated milestone anniversaries, and the company said these auctions “pulled out all the stops” to mark the occasions and show thanks to their customers.
ADESA Fargo rang in 60 years of service with a record number of units running through the lanes during its “diamond” anniversary sale. Keeping in line with the classic gift for a 60th anniversary, one lucky buyer even won a pair of diamond earrings.
“I’m honored to celebrate such a milestone with our employees, our customers and our friends,” ADESA Fargo general manager Dave Zabel said.
“We’re a business built on a family tradition of focusing on the customer, and we appreciate their continued support for so many years,” Zabel added.
ADESA Fargo’s anniversary sale featured a classic car event including several muscle cars, classic trucks and hot rods. Everyone was treated to a rib dinner and the opportunity to win a variety of prizes and giveaway, including a $9,000 cash prize.
“One seller, especially pleased with his sale-day results, gave away ADESA jackets to every purchasing dealer,” ADESA highlighted.
Farther west at ADESA Sacramento, the auction celebrated 15 years of service with a record breaking sale day.
In fact, there were a record number of vehicles available, a record number of units sold and a record number of attendees, including more than 60 different franchised dealers.
“What an absolutely amazing day,” ADESA Sacramento general manager Chris McGinness declared after the sale.
“We’re fortunate to have the best buyers, the best sellers and the best employees,” McGinness continued. “I want to thank all of our loyal customers who show up every Thursday morning for sale day, and our employees for organizing this record breaking event and for truly being the best team in the industry.”
Along with the support of its buyers, sellers and employees, ADESA Sacramento also got a little help from its friends.
Nearby ADESA Golden Gate pitched in to help get the word out about the sale, and sister company Automotive Finance Corp., reduced flooring expenses as an extra incentive for buyers.
Customers were treated to a day of food, promotions and more than $15,000 in prizes and giveaways.
