INDIANAPOLIS -

Salvage auction company QCSA Holdings announced Thursday that it has found a new director of sales and service.

Tapped for the position is Susan Gordon, whose 15 years of industry experience includes time with Manheim and PAR North America, among others.

In the new position, Gordon will be responsible for expanding and maintaining the company’s non-insurance client base and will focus on “rolling out QCSA’s new technology platforms to the company’s non-insurance segment.”

Gordon will work out of Charlotte, N.C., and will report to Joe Mappes, senior vice president of sales and service, the company noted.

“Susan’s tremendous understanding of our non-insurance and national account partners makes her a valuable asset to the future of our organization. She has the skills to build our business and drive results while executing on corporate initiatives. We are very excited to have her join our team,” said Mappes.

During the past 15 years, Gordon has worked in national account sales and as national sales manager at Manheim and  also worked in auctions and remarketing for Diamond-Triumph Auto Glass.

In her most recent position, Gordon held the role of executive sales director at PAR North American. She is also a member of the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance and has participated on the membership development and recruitment committee.
